Abstract
Oglaševanje je pomembna sestavina današnje družbe, ki se vse bolj izvaja na socialnih omrežjih. To za marsikatero organizacijo predstavlja hiter in preprost način za oglaševanje svojega izdelka ali storitve, obenem pa prihrani veliko časa in denarja. Vse bolj oglaševanje na socialnih omrežjih uporabljajo tudi javne uprave, med njimi tudi občine. Ena izmed njih je tudi Občina Novo mesto. Uvedba uporabe socialnih omrežij v njihov način poslovanja jim je prinesla številne ugodnosti na področju boljšega informiranja, bogatejše vizualne predstavitve dogodkov. Poudarek, ki se dandanes nameni uporabi informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v naši družbi, je pripomogel tudi k boljši optimizaciji občin, da so se odločile uporabljati socialna omrežja. Namen seminarske naloge je proučiti že obstoječo literaturo o oglaševanju na socialnih omrežjih, s poudarkom na pomenu uporabe v javnih upravah, ter raziskati, katera socialna omrežja uporablja Občina Novo mesto in kakšen je njihov poglavitni pomen uporabe.

Advertising is an important component of today's society and is increasingly being implemented on social networks. For many organizations, this is a quick and easy way to present their product or service while saving time and money. Public administrations, including municipalities, are also using social networks as a tool for advertising. One of these is the municipality of Novo mesto. The use of social networks for their work has brought them many benefits such as informing and a richer visual presentation of their events. The emphasis on the use of information and communication technologies in our society has contributed to better optimization of municipalities. The aim of this research is to examine the already existing theory about advertising on social networks with an emphasis on the importance of using social networks in public administrations and to explore which social networks are used by the municipality of Novo mesto and what is their main importance. |
