Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni parametri za injekcijsko brizganje polimerov. Opisan je postopek injekcijskega brizganja. Predstavljen je material akrilonitril butadien stiren (ABS), ki je bil uporabljen za eksperimentalni del. Opisan je postopek nateznega preizkusa in prikaz natezne trdnosti za ABS material. Rezultati so slikovno in grafično prikazani ter opisani. V zaključku so predstavljene najboljše kombinacije parametrov za uspešno brizganje in izboljšanje natezne trdnosti materiala.

Secondary title: Influence of injection moulding parameters on tensile strength of ABS polymer
Secondary abstract: This thesis focuses on parameters for injection molding of polymers. The method of injection molding itself and the material acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), which was used for the experimental part, are presented. The thesis also describes the procedure of tensile testing and tensile strength for ABS material. All of the results are graphically presented and explained. In conclusion the best combinations of parameters for successful spraying and improvement of the tensile strength of the material are presented.
