zaključna naloga Razvojno raziskovalnega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
Podrobneje smo opisali delovanje RFID tehnologije, moderne montažne sisteme, ročna montažna mesta ter identifikacijo in sledenje zaposlenih v bližini delovnih mest.

Use for UHF RFID technology for identification and tracking of assembly workers |
Secondary abstract: |
The following thesis discusses the subject of identification and employee tracking in various manual assembly places. In the theoretical part of our work, we present the basics of Industry 4.0 and the concept of smart factory. We describe in detail the operation of RFID technology, modern assembly systems, manual assembly places, and the identification and employee tracking. In the practical part of the task we tested the UHF RFID system with technical equipment in the LASIM laboratory. On the basis of results obtained in the laboratory, we determined the optimal ranges for sewing the RFID tags into work clothing and for the positioning of the RFID antenna. The goal of this thesis was to test the RFID system, which could enable the employees to rotate to different working positions and could thus reduce monotonous work and musculoskeletal disorders caused by repeated movements at the same manual assembly places. |
