Abstract
Optične komponente v različnih laserskih sistemih so zaradi visokih intenzitet laserskih snopov pogosto podvržene poškodbam, ki slabšajo ali onemogočajo normalno delovanje teh sistemov. Zaradi tega je bistvenega pomena nadzor nad kvaliteto optičnih komponent oziroma poznavanje njihovega praga za poškodbe. Zaradi tega se je pojavila potreba po razvoju merilnega sistema, s katerim bi lahko sami testirali pragove poškodb različnih optičnih komponent, s čimer bi izboljšali varnost in zanesljivost delovanja laserskih sistemov. Vzpostavljen je bil sistem, za merjenje praga poškodb in hitro analizo posameznih optičnih komponent.

Secondary abstract: |
Optical components in various laser systems are often subject to laser-induced damage due to high intensities of laser beams, which deteriorates or disables normal functioning of these systems. Because of this, control over the quality of optical components and/or even more so, the knowledge of their damage threshold is essential. As a consequence the need for the development of a measurement system arose. With such system we would be able to test the damage threshold of a variety of optical components, thus improving the safety and reliability of different laser systems. Therefore the system for testing and determining the optical damage threshold and also for quick analysis of each optical component was established. |
