Analiza prometne varnosti s predlogi ukrepov za izboljšanje prometne varnosti v okolici osnovne šole Hoče

Abstract

V diplomskem delu je podan predlog ukrepov za izboljšanje prometne varnosti v okolici osnovne šole Hoče. Diplomsko delo obravnava področje varnosti otrok na šolskih poteh. Obravnavan je razvoj otroka z več stališč (sposobnost vključevanja, gibalni, socialni itd.), pregled področne zakonodaje ter izvedena analiza varnosti obstoječe infrastrukture. Pri tem je bil upoštevan vidik, kjer je otrok v vlogi pešca, z rešitvami za izboljšanje prometne varnosti ter s primeri iz Slovenije in tujine. Praktični primer zajema osnovno šolo Dušana Flisa v Hočah s podružnično šolo v Reki, kjer je bila opravljena analiza obstoječih šolskih poti. Za potrebe izdelave predlogov ukrepov so bile izvedene tudi skrite meritve hitrosti motornih vozil na območju OŠ Hoče ter ostale potrebne analize obstoječega stanja.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis presents a proposal for measures to improve traffic safety around the Primary School Hoče. This work deals with the field of child safety on school paths. The development of the child with multiple views (integration ability, movement, social etc.), a review of sectoral legislation and an analysis of the safety of existing infrastructure have been considered. Considering the fact that the child is a pedestrian, the thesis suggests solutions for improving traffic safety with examples from Slovenia and abroad. A practical example is the Primary school of Dušan Flis Hoče with the branch school in Reka, where the analysis of existing school paths has been performed. Hidden speed measurements of motor vehicles in the area of the Primary School Hoče and other necessary analyzes of the existing situation have been performed for the purposes of giving suggestions for measures.
