Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali avtomatsko spremljanje količin predračunksih postavk in vrednosti projektantskega predračna poslovno trgovskega objekta Lesdom, z BIM podporo, zaradi spremembe dimenzij konstrukcijskih elementov. V prvem delu smo opisali teoretične osnove za razumevanje informacijskega modeliranja objektov (BIM), IFC formata, ter na kratko predstavili programsko opremo, katero smo uporabili za izdelavo diplomskega dela. Osrednji del predstavlja izdelavo novega projekta v programu 4BUILD, povezavo BIM skupin elementov, s popisi v projektantskem predračunu, ter spremembo dimenzij elementov v programu Autodesk Revit 2018. V zaključku dela, smo prikazali, kako geometrijske spremembe konstrukcijskih elementov, vplivajo na spremembo količin posameznih del in na končno vrednost projektantskega predračuna. V poglavju diskusija, smo za obravnavani objektj opisali naše ugotovitve na področju BIM pristopa za spremljanje stroškov gradnje, ter podali nekaj smernic za lažje delo z BIM pristopom v Sloveniji.

Secondary abstract: In thesis, we dealt with automatic value monitoring of the commercial company Lesdom's design premise, with BIM support, due to the changes in the dimensions of the structural elements. In the first part, we described the theoretical basics for understanding the information modeling of objects (BIM), the IFC format, and briefly presented the software that we used. The main part is the creation of a new project in the 4BUILD program, the link between BIM elements with the lists in the design projection and the changes in the dimensions of the elements in the Autodesk Revit 2018. In conclusion, we showed how the geometric changes in the structural elements affect the change in the quantities of individual parts into the final values of the design budget. In section "discussion", we described our findings in the field of BIM approach to the construction costs for the object in question, and provided some guidelines for easier work with the BIM approach in Slovenia.
