Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena numerična analiza tokovno-toplotnih razmer v laboratorijskem liofilizatorju. Predstavljeno je teoretično ozadje procesa liofilizacije. S pomočjo numeričnih simulacij računalniške dinamike tekočin je bila izvedena analiza toplotno-tokovnih razmer v liofilizatorju. V nalogi je ključnega pomena določitev ekvivalentih koeficientov prehoda toplote preko ohišja v okolico in iz okolice v notranjost naprave. Izhodiščni koeficienti prehoda toplote so bili v začetni fazi določeni na podlagi analitičnih preračunov prestopa in prevoda toplote. V nadaljevanju so bili rezultati simulacije temperaturnega polja primerjani z izvedenimi meritvami na laboratorijskem liofilizatorju, na podlagi katerih je bilo ugotovljeno, da analitično izračunani koeficienti prehoda toplote ne dajo ustreznega ujemanja, kar je nato vodilo v ponovno določitev in modifikacijo analitičnih koeficientov. Na podlagi več izvedenih simulacij so bile določene končne vrednosti koeficientov prehoda toplote preko ohišja v okolico in iz okolice v notranjost naprave, ki dajejo zadovoljivo ujemanje z izvedenimi meritvami.

Secondary abstract: In the bachelor’s thesis, a numerical analysis of flow-thermal conditions in a laboratory lyophilizer is presented. The thesis contains a theoretical background of the lyophilization process. The analysis of flow-thermal conditions in the lyophilization process is simulated with computational fluid dynamics – CFD. The key mission in the thesis is to determine equivalent heat transfer coefficients through the housing into the surrounding and from the surrounding to the interior of the device. The basic heat transfer coefficients were initially determined on the basis of analytical calculations of the heat convection and conduction. In the following, the results of the simulation of the temperature field were compared with the performed measurements on a laboratory lyophilizer, on the basis of which it was found that the analytically calculated heat transfer coefficients did not give an adequate match which then led to the redefinition and modification of the analytical coefficients. On the basis of several performed simulations, the final values of heat transfer coefficient were determined, which gives a satisfying match with the performed measurements.
