Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo predstavili metodologijo uporabe informacijskega modeliranja gradenj (BIM) med projektiranjem in eksploatacijo infrastrukturnega gradbenega objekta na primeru črpališča Grlava. Črpališče je del projekta gradnje podvoza izvennivojskega križanja železniške proge Pragersko−Hodoš in lokalne ceste v naselju Grlava. Kot izhodišče smo uporabili projekt DEGRIP, pri katerem smo ob pomoči podjetja Pomgrad d. d. spremljali gradnjo podvozov v krajih Ljutomer in Grlava. Za izdelavo BIM-modela smo uporabili programsko orodje Autodesk Revit. V nalogi je izvedena integracija BIM-modela v odprti BIM-strežnik in prenos znanja o gradbenem projektu v semantični portal. Namen dela je bil tudi prikazati realni delotok, ki v različnih fazah gradbenega projekta vpeljuje intenzivno rabo BIM-pristopa.

Secondary title: Integration of the BIM-model, BIM-server and semantic portal in a building project
Secondary abstract: In the thesis a methodology for use of building information modeling (BIM) during design and exploitation of an infrastructural building object is presented. An underpass Grlava and its pumpstation was used as an example. The pumpstation is part of a project underpass Grlava where a level crossing of the railway track Pragersko-Hodoš and the local road in settlement Grlava was built. As the starting point we used data from the DEGRIP project, where we were involved in the construction of the underpasses in Grlava and Ljutomer with the Pomgrad d. d. company as the main contractor. For BIM modeling the Autodesk Revit software tool was used. In the thesis, an integration of the BIM-model in a BIM-server and the project knowledge transfer into a semantic portal is described. The purpose of this work is to present the workflow enabled by the introduction of the integrated project delivery and BIM in building projects.
