Abstract

V dveh podjetjih so se soočali z visokimi stroški proizvodnje komprimiranega zraka. Zato so bile opravljene meritve energetske učinkovitosti sistema za proizvodnjo komprimiranega zraka. Na podlagi meritev so se v podjetjih odločili za nadgradnjo kompresorskih postaj s frekvenčno krmiljenimi kompresorji. Po nadgradnji so ponovno opravili meritve učinkovitosti . Namen diplomskega dela je definirati ukrepe za učinkovitejšo proizvodnjo komprimiranega zraka, ter analizirati krmiljenje kompresorjev z navadno in frekvenčno regulacijo vrtljajev. Primerjava je izdelana na podlagi meritev. Na podlagi analize meritev se je ovrednotil pomen krmiljenja kompresorjev. Na koncu pa se je za posamezen tip krmiljenja lahko določilo značilnosti in to tudi grafično prikazalo.

Secondary title: Analysis of the Efficency of Suplying Compressed Air Using Variable-Speed Air Compressors
Secondary abstract: Two companies were faced with high costs of producing compressed air. Because of this, measurements were done to determine the energy efficiency of their systems for producing compressed air. Based on these measurements the companies decided to upgrade their compression stations with variable-speed air compressors. New efficiency measurements were performed after the upgrade. The purpose of this final thesis is to define measures for more efficient production of compressed air, along with analyzing compressors with regular control and compressors controlled by variable-speed drives. The comparison is made on the basis of measurements. Based on the analysis of these measurements, the importance of compressor control was evaluated. In the end, specific characteristics were determined for each type of control, with these characteristics also graphically displayed.
