Abstract

Razvili smo napravo za hitro testiranje pohištvenih odmičnih spon na življenjsko dobo. V uvodnem poglavju smo predstavili pomen testiranja in definirali ozadje problema. Predstavili smo teoretično ozadje metod pospešenega testiranja in njihov pomen pri razvijanju novih izdelkov. Predstavili smo delovanje odmičnih spon in pripadajoč standard za testiranje. Izdelali smo funkcijsko strukturo in morfološko matriko, na podlagi katerih smo oblikovali tri koncepte. Te smo ovrednotili po izbranih kriterijih in najboljšega zasnovali do detajlnega modela. Preračunali smo potrebno moč pogonskega elektromotorja ter preverili statično nosilnost na kritičnih mestih. Na koncu smo izdelali celovito tehnično dokumentacijo.

Secondary title: Engineering design of concealed hinges test station
Secondary abstract: In this work, we developed a test station for concealed hinges life testing. In the introductory chapter, the importance of testing is described and the definition of this work is defined. Basic kinematics of concealed hinges is explained in theoretical part and further the standard SIST EN 15570 is precisely described. Additionally the review of accelerated testing methods is presented and their importance in the development of new products. On the base of the functional structure and morphological matrix, three concepts were designed which were in the next step evaluated according to the selected criteria. Calculations of critical elements were conducted, specifically, power of the drive electricmotor and the analysis of static load at critical sections. Finally, we created technical documentation for the whole test station.
