Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj programske opreme za regulacijo temperature na hladilnem sistemu. Predstavljen je sistem podjetja Emsiso, ki skrbi za hlajenje testirnega mesta močnostnih krmilnikov. Na že obstoječem sistemu je bilo potrebno zagnati krmilnik Pigeon RB300 ter ga sprogramirati, da je omogočal regulacijo temperature hladilnega sistema ter zajemal, izračunal in na prikazovalniku LCD prikazoval potrebne merilne veličine, kot so temperatura, pretok in toplotne izgube. Opisan je tudi postopek testiranja dela programa za meritev pretoka in dela programa, ki skrbi za regulacijo temperature.

Secondary title: Development of the control system for cooling the test place of power controllers
Secondary abstract: This thesis describes the development of software to control the temperature in the cooling system. We introduced the sytem of company Emsiso witch is responsible for cooling the test place for motor controllers. On the existing system it was necessary to make an initial start of the Pigeon RB300 controller and later program it to be able to regulate temperature in the cooling sytem and at the same time calculate and display the necessary measurements as temperature, flow, and heat losses on the LCD display. The process of testing the program for measuring the flow and part of the program, which takes care of temperature regulation, is also described.
