Abstract

V današnjih časih so potrebe na tržišču kovanih izdelkov vsak dan večje. Zaradi tega vsako podjetje želi zadovoljiti potrebe kupca in mu zagotavljati najvišje možne kapacitete v najkrajšem času. S pomočjo nenehnega prilagajanja in optimizacije proizvodnje je mogoče skrajšati nepotrebne zastoje, povečati produktivnost ter izboljšati kvaliteto proizvodov. Diplomsko delo obravnava optimizacijo časa menjave orodja na kovaški liniji v podjetju Unior d. d. in uvedbo hitrih menjav orodij s pomočjo metode SMED. Menjavo na kovaški liniji sem s pomočjo posnetega stanja menjave analiziral in se odločal o najbolj smiselnih popravkih procesa, ki privedejo do občutnega skrajšanja časa menjave orodij. Te optimizacijske spremembe so bile uvedene na kovaški liniji tudi v praksi. V nalogi je podana tudi podrobna primerjava med prejšnjim in izboljšanim (optimiziranim) stanjem procesa menjave orodja na kovaški liniji.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays the needs in the forged products market are increasing on a daily basis. As a result, companies wish to satisfy the needs of their customers and provide them with the highest possible output in the shortest time possible. Through continued adaptation and optimisation of production, it is possible to reduce unnecessary delays, bring up productivity and improve the quality of products. The thesis deals with the optimisation of tool changeover times on the forging line at the company Unior d.d. and the introduction of fast tool changeovers based on the SMED method. Changeovers on the forging line were analysed using a changeover snapshot. I then determined the most appropriate adjustments to the process which led to a significant shortening of tool changeover times. These changes resulting from the optimisation were introduced on the forging line also in practice. In addition, the thesis provides a detailed comparison between the previous and the improved (optimised) state of the tool changeover process on the forging line.
