Abstract
Obravnavamo izgorelost na delovnem mestu v kadrovski agenciji. Sindrom izgorelosti je ena od najpogostejših poklicnih bolezni in problem današnjega časa, ki povzroča precejšnje socialne in ekonomske izgube. V teoretičnem delu smo se s pregledom literature seznanili s pojmom izgorelosti na delovnem mestu. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili stopnje izgorevanja ter pri vsaki stopnji izpostavili ključne simptome. Natančno smo opisali vzroke in posledice izgorelosti, s katerimi se sooča tako posameznik kot tudi organizacija ter temu primerno izoblikovali ukrepe za zmanjšanje izgorelosti.
V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika ugotavljali prisotnost stresa in izgorelosti zaposlenih v kadrovski agenciji. Poleg tega nas je zanimalo v kolikšni meri delovna doba zaposlenih vpliva na izgorelost ter ali se izgorelost med zaposlenimi v kadrovski agenciji razlikuje glede na vrsto izobrazbe in vrsto zaposlitve. Raziskovali smo najpogostejše vzroke in simptome, ki se pojavljajo med zaposlenimi v kadrovski agenciji ter najpogostejše ukrepe, katere opravljajo zaposleni proti izgorelosti.
V zadnjem delu, smo na osnovi empiričnega dela, odgovorili na raziskovalna vprašanja ter oblikovali temu primerna priporočila za zmanjševanje stresa in preprečevanje izgorelosti na delovnem mestu v kadrovski agenciji, ki so namenjena tako delodajalcu kot zaposlenim.

Thesis regards burnout at the workplace in human resources agency. Burnout syndrome is one of the most common occupational diseases and the problem of today's time, which causes significant social and economic losses. In the theoretical part, we examined the concept of burnout at work through a review of literature. In the following we presented the levels of the burnout and highlighted the key symptoms at each stage. We have precisely described the causes and consequences of burnout faced by both the individual and the organization, and accordingly formulated measures to reduce burnout.
In the empirical part, a questionnaire was used to determine the presence of stress and burnout in the human resources staff. In addition, we were interested in the extent to which the working hours of employees affected the burnout and whether the burnout among staff in the staffing agency differs according to the type of education and type of employment. We investigated the most common causes and symptoms occurring among employees in the human resources agency and the most common measures taken by employees against burnout.
In the latter part, on the basis of empirical work, we responded to research questions and formulated appropriate recommendations for reducing stress and preventing burnout at the workplace in the human resources agency, which are intended for both the employer and the employees. |
