Abstract

V okviru diplomske naloge sem v podjetju Talum opravil ergonomsko analizo delovnega mesta delavke na stroju za izdelovanje peščenih jeder. V uvodu je predstavljeno podjetje, znanstvena veda ergonomija ter njena načela. Predstavljeni sta tudi ergonomski metodi OWAS in RULA. Sledi opis programskega paketa Tecnomatix Jack in predstavitev delovnega mesta, ki je predmet analize. Analiza je opravljena ročno in računalniško. Izdelava računalniške analize je podrobno opisana in dokumentirana. V zaključnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati vseh analiz s komentarji.

Secondary abstract: For the purpose of my diploma thesis, I conducted an ergonomic analysis of a worker's workplace on a sand core machine. A presentation of the company and the science of ergonomics with its principles are presented in the introductory part. Both ergonomic methods OWAS and RULA are presented as well, followed by a description of the software package Tecnomatix Jack and the workplace that is the subject of the analysis. The analysis was done manually and with a computer. The process of the computer analysis is described in detail and documented. The results of all analyses and comments are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
