Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali z rekonstrukcijo mešalne posode. Z rekonstrukcijo smo hoteli zmanjšati število kurativnih posegov, poenostaviti preventivno vzdrževanje ter tako povečati zanesljivost in storilnost postopka. Naš problem so bili kurativni posegi zaradi odpovedi ležajev. Ugotovili smo, da odpovedi ležajev povzročajo konstrukcijske napake, napake pri montaži, nepravilno tesnjenje in s tem kontaminacija maziva ter obraba delov. S pomočjo podatkov iz frekvenčnika in s pomočjo formul smo izračunali obremenitve na ležaje. Naredili smo rekonstrukcijo vležajenja posode, izdelali smo obese za gnano gred in nastavili načrt preventivnega vzdrževanja. Probleme smo rešili tako, da smo na novo konstruirali celotno vležajenje in tesnjenje.

Secondary title: Redesign of the mixing vessel in the context of corrective maintenance
Secondary abstract: In the diploma work we were dealing with the reconstruction of the mixing vessel. With the reconstruction, we wanted to reduce the number of break-down maintenance interventions, simplify preventive maintenance and increase the reliability and productivity of the process. Unplanned interventions caused by failure of bearings represented the main production obstacle in the past. We found that assembly errors, incorrect sealing and contamination of lubricants and wear of parts were the main causes of bearing failures. Using the data from the frequency regulator, we calculated the load on the bearings. We made the reconstruction of the load vessel, and the suspension of the mixing shaft and set up new preventive maintenance plan. We solved the problems by re-constructing the entire bearing and sealing.
