Abstract

V tej projektni nalogi se preverja ustreznost stanovanjske hiše glede na toplotne izgube ter kondenzacijo s stenah. Stanovanjska hiša je bila zgrajena v 90. letih prejšnjega stoletja, po takratnih standardih, zato se zdi pomembno preveriti ustreznost, saj so se do danes le-ti konkretno spremenili. Najprej so podani izračuni za toplotno prepustnost posameznih gradbenih elementov, sledijo izračuni koeficientov toplotnega prehoda upoštevajoč toplotne mostove ter Glaserjeva metoda za preverjanje nevarnosti za nastanek kondenzacije v stenah objekta.

Secondary title: The assessment of the suitability of heat losses and danger of wall condensation in the living house
Secondary abstract: This project work focuses on determination of heat losses of an older residential building in order to check if the building still meats the demands of today’s regulations and standards. Residential building was build around 1990. As regulation considerably changed since then, it is reasonable to recheck building performance according to today’s regulations and standards. Thermal transmittances of building elements as well as total heat transfer coefficients were calculated and compared to maximal values subscribed by existing regulations in Slovenia. Where necessary, the sanation proposal was given. Also, using Glasser method, the danger of possibility of the condensation formation inside the walls was checked and ruled out.
