Abstract

Secondary title: Analysis of manufacturing equipment layout and finished product warehouse
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, the challenge of relocating a manufacturing process of heat exchangers is presented, with primary focus on location of finished product warehouse. Two options are available, where first option is to keep the warehouse at the existing location, and second option is to move it to the new location. Analysis of each of them and mutual comparison leads to justification of the most appropriate option for company. Solution to the given problem is the first option, which does not require the relocation of the finished product warehouse.
