Abstract

Dandanes postaja skladno z razvojem svetlobno onesnaževanje vedno večji problem. Za določanje količine svetlobne onesnaženosti potrebujemo merilni instrument za opravljanje meritev. V ta namen sem v okviru diplomskega dela izdelal merilnik svetlobnega onesnaženja – z drugimi besedami merilnik svetlosti. Uporabljeno je zaznavalo TSL237, ki izhodni podatek o izmerjeni vrednosti poda v obliki frekvence. Razvil sem program za zajem podatkov, prikaz vrednosti na LCD zaslonu in njihov zapis na SD kartico. Ohišje merilnika je bilo izdelano s pomočjo 3D tiska. Merilnik je bil umerjen z meritvami standardne žarnice na žarilno nitko, točnost merilnika pa je bila primerjana še z umerjenim luks metrom. Izvedene so bile meritve na treh lokacijah v Mariboru oz. njegovi okolici. Izmerjene vrednosti svetlosti so se ujemale s pričakovanimi.

Secondary title: Development and construction of a light pollution meter
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, in line with the development, light pollution is becoming an increasing problem. To determine the amount of light pollution, we need a measuring instrument for performing measurements. For this purpose, during the diploma thesis, I have made a light pollution meter – in other words, a luminance meter. A TSL237 sensor iz used, of which output data is in form of a frequency. I have developed a program to capture data, display values on the LCD and record them on the SD card. Housing of the meter was made using 3D printing. The meter was calibrated with standard filament light bulb. Accuracy of measurements were then also compared to calibrated lux meter. Measurements were carried out at three locations in Maribor or its surroundings. The measured values of luminance corresponded to expected values.
