Abstract

Industrijska podjetja postajajo vedno bolj kompleksna. Obvladovanje procesov v podjetjih zaradi tega postaja vedno težje. Z namenom olajšanja modeliranja so bile razvite metode rudarjenja procesov, ki omogočajo hitro odkrivanje modelov procesov, kar jim omogočajo podatki shranjeni v informacijskih sistemih. V magistrskem delu so opisani izzivi, ki jih podjetjem predstavlja Industrijska revolucija 4.0 in pristop virtualne tovarne, ki omogoča spremljanje procesov in nudi podporo vodstvenim odločitvam. Na podatkih realnega procesa je z metodo rudarjenja procesov odkrit model procesa. Odkriti model procesa je uvožen v simulacijsko okolje, kjer so opravljene nadaljnje analize in simulacije različnih scenarijev. Na podlagi rezultatov so predlagane izboljšave procesa.

Secondary abstract: Industrial companies are becoming more complex. Because of that the management of business processes is difficult. Many new information systems were developed with the goal of supporting business processes. These information systems generate large amount of data. New model based methods of business process management were developed. Modelling of business processes is expensive and time consuming. To solve this problem the new process mining techniques were developed. This techniques enable fast process model discovery which is based on data stored in information systems. In this master%s thesis are described challenges that await companies going to the direction of Industry 4.0 and the virtual factory approach which enables monitoring of business processes and supports management decisions. Data used for this thesis comes from real production company. From this data the process model is discovered with process mining method. Discovered model is then imported to the simulation environment where further analysis and simulation of different scenarios is conducted. Based on the results the suggestions for process improvement are given.
