Abstract

Diplomsko delo podrobneje obravnava področje usklajevanja družinskega in poklicnega življenja in predstavitev certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje. V teoretičnem delu so pojasnjene tematike: usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja; zadovoljstvo zaposlenih; področje zaposlovanja; ureditev družinske politike in zakonodaje v Sloveniji; vloga in pomen, ki ga ima posamezna organizacija pri usklajevanju poklicnega in družinskega življenja; delo v turizmu; in predstavitev posebnosti ter certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje, ki je tudi osrednja tema diplomskega dela. Začetni del empiričnega dela zajema predstavitev Zavoda za turizem in kulturo Radovljica, na katerem smo izvedli raziskavo. Opravili smo intervjuje s sedmimi zaposlenimi in izvedeli, kako so zadovoljni s stanjem družini prijaznih ukrepov, ki se izvajajo znotraj zavoda. Podatke, pridobljene z intervjuji, smo analizirali s pomočjo postopka kodiranja in predstavili ključne ugotovitve in povezave. V zaključnem delu diplomskega dela smo v skladu z že obstoječim stanjem ukrepov pripravili nekaj novih predlogov, ki bi jih v zavodu lahko uvedli za dodatno ravnovesje in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Secondary title: Family friendly enterprise certificate in tourism
Secondary abstract: The thesis discusses the topic of balancing professional and private life and presents the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate. In theoretical part of the thesis those topics are presented: the sphere of balancing professional and private life, employee satisfaction, the sphere of employment, the regulation of family friendly policies and legislation in Slovenia, the role and meaning of individual organization in the aspect of balancing professional and private life, work and specifics of tourism sector and Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate in tourism as the main theme of our thesis. In the first part of empirical part, the Office for culture and tourism Radovljica is presented as the research was made on it. The interviews with 7 employees were made and the research from the aspect of their satisfaction with condition of family friendly measures in this office as well. The informations, collected by interviews, were then analysed through procedure of encryption and key findings and connections presented as well. In the final part of the thesis in accordance with existing condition of measures, some new suggestions were prepared, which could be initiated for additional balance and employee satisfaction in the Office.
