Abstract

Vsebine programa so razdeljene v štiri sklope: tehnično, taktično, kondicijsko in psihološko pripravo, katere smo nato še posebej predstavili.

Secondary title: Quality learning of soccer goalkeeper in young categories
Secondary abstract: With the development of the football game, the role of a football goalkeeper is also developing and changing. It is no longer enough that the goalkeeper can only defend his goal, but he also has to be able to play and interact with his teammates, as he is increasingly involved in the game itself and often helps with the organization of the game, attacks their teams. In order to develop and achieve all the necessary qualities and capabilities of a modern goalkeeper, he must receive a quality training process from the beginning. The aim of the master's thesis was to present modern guidelines in teaching young keepers, to develop a program of teaching by age periods, to demonstrate the methodology of teaching techniques and tactics with exercises and to present the basics of psychological and conditioning preparation. In writing we used domestic and foreign professional literature. We also helped with online resources, footage, and with my own experience, which I gained as a goalkeeper in my youth. We used Tactics Manager v. 2.5 to draw sketches. Modern guidelines divide the learning of young keepers to different periods. We presented the first three periods, from 6-10 years, from 10-12 years and from 12-14 years. For the teaching program, the key guidelines and characteristics of children's exercise are given for each age period. The contents of the program are divided into four sections: technical, tactical, conditioning and psychological preparation, which we then presented in particular. The methodology of teaching techniques and tactics is described and illustrated with exercises and images, marked for different age periods. In addition, we included some exercises and games for the enrichment of training. In the course of conditioning and psychological preparation, we demonstrated and described specific training means
