Abstract

Dandanes želimo, tudi zaradi vse večje ekološke ozaveščenosti, da bi naše gospodinjske naprave imele čim nižjo rabo električne energije. To se nanaša tudi na energijsko učinkovitost sušilnega stroja, ki je močno odvisna od prenosa toplote in snovi. Cilj te diplomske naloge je eksperimentalna verifikacija možnosti izboljšave prenosa toplote in snovi v sušilnem stroju. Skladno s tem smo se usmerili v novo zasnovo kondenzatorja, s čim večjo površino na strani procesa kondenzacije ter možnosti izboljšanja odtekanja kondenzata. V ta namen smo na osnovi enostavnega matematičnega modela izdelali nov kondenzator z večjo površino za prenos toplote. Za analizo izboljšave smo izdelali merilno progo, s katero lahko kondenzator približamo realnim pogojem delovanja.

Secondary title: Analysis and optimization of condenser efficiency in a dryer
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, also due to ever increasing ecological awareness, we wish our household appliances to spend as little electrical power as possible, which also applies to the energy efficiency of a dryer that strongly depends on the heat and mass transfer. The aim of the paper is an experimental verification of possibilities for the improvement of heat and mass transfer in a dryer. Accordingly, we have designed a new condenser with the maximum surface in the part where the process of condensation is unfolding, and possibilities of improvement in draining of condensate. To this purpose, we manufactured a new condenser with a larger transfer surface based on a simple mathematical model. In order to analyse the improvement, we manufactured a measuring line, which provided real working conditions for a condenser.
