Abstract

Cilj magistrske naloge je bil spoznati standard ISO 16889:2008 več-prehodni test in po navodilih standarda postaviti preizkuševališče primerno za testiranje filtrirnih vložkov. V magistrskem delu so predstavljene zahteve standarda, idejna zasnova preizkuševališča in koncept testiranja. Predstavljene so vse hidravlične sestavine, uporabljene v preizkuševališču in postopek testiranja filtrirnih vložkov. Prikazano je vrednotenje izmerjenih veličin in postopek predstavitve rezultatov meritev. Predstavljene so ugotovitve, ki pripomorejo izboljšanju sistema in poteka testiranja hidravličnih filtrirnih elementov.

Secondary abstract: The goal of the master's thesis was to get to know the ISO 16889: 2008 Multi-pass test and to set up a test bench suitable for testing filter elements in accordance with the standard. The master's thesis presents the requirements of the standard, the conceptual design of the test facility and the concept of testing. All hydraulic components used in the test site and the filter cartridge test procedure are presented. The evaluation of the measured quantities and their process of presenting the results of the measurements are presented. The findings which contribute to the improvement of the system and the testing of hydraulic filter elements are presented.
