Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo se osredotočili na analizo omočene površine pri procesu oblaganja tablete. S tem namenom smo izdelali merilno progo, ki z uporabo hitrotekoče kamere in mikroskopa omogoča analizo velikosti premera kapljice pri razprševanju in spremljanje dogajanja na površini tablete, ko na površino pade kapljica disperzije. Analizirali smo vpliv koncentracije suhe snovi v disperziji in vpliv toplote in pretoka disperzije na proces omočenja površine in s tem na proces oblaganja tablete.

Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis, we focused on the analysis of the wetted surface in the tablet coating process. We made a measuring line, which enables the analysis of the droplet size diameter when spraying and monitoring the effects on the tablet surface when a drop of dispersion drops onto the surface, using a high-speed camera and microscope. We analyzed the influence of the dry matter concentration in the dispersion and the influence of heat and the flow of dispersion on the process of wetting surface and thus on the tablet coating process.
