Abstract

V diplomskem delu Konstruiranje orodij za rotacijsko litje sem raziskal in predstavil, kako se konstruira orodje za rotacijsko litje. Proučil sem izdelavo 3D CAD modela orodja, opisal postopek konstruiranja in izdelave orodij za rotacijsko litje ter prikazal uporabo samih orodij pri rotacijskem litju. Vezano na temo diplomske naloge, sem predstavil, kaj pravi teorija o rotacijskem litju na splošno, kako zasnovati konstrukcijo orodja za rotacijsko litje, torej sam načrt, izbiro ustreznega materiala, izdelavo 3D modela in načrt ohišja. Raziskal sem tudi, kako izdelati orodje za rotacijsko litje; kako se razreže, upogne in vari material. Prikazal sem še, kako orodje dejansko izgleda na stroju za rotacijsko litje. Na koncu pa kot zanimivost dodajam, možnost izračuna stroškov izdelave takšnega orodja. Bistvo diplomske naloge je v tem, da opišem in prikažem konstruiranje orodja vse od idejne zasnove do prikaza izdelave orodja z različnimi postopki.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis Designing tools for rotational moulding, methods and principal are researched and presented. Study of creating a 3D CAD model of the tool is presented and methods and principles of design and manufacturing are described. Also, usage of tools on rotational moulding machine is presented. Based on thesis subject, in the introduction, theoretical principals of rotational moulding are presented. Then, concepts of rotational moulding tool planning, design with 3D modelling and material selection are described. Also, research on tool manufacturing with focus on material cutting, forming and welding is presented. In addition, the tool usage on rotational moulding is presented. At the end, possibilities of mould manufacturing costs calculations are investigated. The main focus of this thesis is to describe and present rotational moulding tool construction from the concept idea to the manufacturing process.
