Abstract

Secondary title: Risk factors of Crohn's disease development
Secondary abstract: This work summarises an overview of factors that most likely influence on the appearance of this complex autoimmune disease that causes chronic inflammation of gastrointestinal tract. Because more than one factor might take part in the evolvement of Crohn's disease, my review looks at main ones and represents their contribution to the onset of the disease. My goal is to summarise current knowledge on this subject and represent the main issues at understanding the complexity of the disease. It also offers a peek in current ways of dealing with the disease and its symptoms including the prediction where upcoming researches should head.
