Abstract

Magistrsko delo predstavlja izboljšavo procesa robljenja kap visokonapetostnih varovalk v proizvodnji varovalk. Varovalke so pomemben člen v elektrotehniki, saj ščitijo tokokrog pred preobremenitvami. Predstavljene so visokonapetostne varovalke in njihove lastnosti, ki so pomembne za proces robljenja. Model konstrukcije naprave je vodilo za izbiro in modeliranje novega pogonskega sklopa. S pomočjo programske opreme Matlab Simulink je zgrajen model procesa in posnet simulacijski odziv. Zadnji del magistrskega dela opisuje potek avtomatizacije novo zgrajene naprave. Opisane so uporabljene komponente, programska oprema, programiranje in programska struktura. Nova naprava je bila predana v proizvodni obrat.

Secondary title: Improvement of caps folding process on high-voltage fuses
Secondary abstract: Master’s thesis represents an improvement of caps folding process on high-voltage fuses in fuse manufacture. Fuses are important components in electrical engineering, as they protect the electrical circuits from overloads. High-voltage fuses and their properties, which are important for the folding process, are presented. The design of the device is guide for selecting and modeling a new drive assembly. Using the Matlab Simulink software, a process model is built and a simulation response is recorded. The last part of the master's thesis describes the procedure of automation. The components, software, programming and program structure are described. New device was transferred to the production plant.
