Abstract

Interpolacija v stavbni strukturi je magistrsko delo, ki zaključuje in dopolnjuje karejsko zazidavo v centru mesta Maribor. Obravnavana lokacija se trenutno izkorišča kot parkini prostor, ki je zamejen na vzhodu s stavbo in dvoriščem Mestne občine Maribor, na severu in zahodu s stanovanjskimi stavbami, medtem ko se južna meja lokacije odpira na Trg generala Maista in stari center mesta. Lokacija ima zelo velik potencial za uspostavitev stanovanjske gradnje saj se v ospredju in ozadju nahajajo parkovne površine, hkrati so tudi v bližini različne storitve - upravne, izobraževalne, gostinske in trgovske. Zasnova projekta vsebuje stanovanjsko dejavnost, ki v parterju prehaja v javni prostor druženja in ustvarja komunikacijo med mestnim utripom in umirjenim dvoriščem. Z arhitekturno podobo se prilagajamo in poudarjamo dodane vsebine centru mesta, ki koketirajo s historicističnim okoljem.

Secondary abstract:	Interpolation in the built structure is a master's thesis, which concludes and completes the block buildings in the city center of Maribor. The site is currently used as a parking area, which is bounded in the east with the building and courtyard of the Municipality of Maribor, in the north and west with residential buildings, while the southern boundary opens onto the General Maister square and the old city center. The location has a great potential for the housing establishment, due to green parks which are located in the foreground and background, while at the same time various services are available - administrative, educational, catering and commercial. The design of the project includes residential activity, which passes into the public space of the parterre and creates connections between the city beat and the quiet courtyard. With the architectural image, we adapt and emphasize the added content to the city center, which flirts with the historicist environment.
