Secondary title: | Viscoelastic properties of polymeric metal composites |
Secondary abstract: | Composites are a combination of two or more materials with different chemical structure. The two key components in metal polymer composites are matrix and a filler. In the present study fillers were made of aluminum, titanum and stainless steel particles which were added as a powder. For the purpose of this study we used rotational rheometer MCR 302 (Anton Paar) which allowed an investigation of the effect of metal particles concentration on the properties of composites. At the same time we compared the effect of three dissimilar types of the filler. For the investigation oscillatory amplitude and frequency tests were performed at the temperature of 175°C. At the end of the study we can conclud that the particle concentration and material have a great impact on viscoelastic properties of metal polymer composites. |
