magistrsko delo
Žan Grobler (Author), Franjo Štiblar (Mentor)

Abstract

V magistrskem diplomskem delu obravnavam gospodarski in trgovinski sporazum Evropske unije (EU) s Kanado (CETA). Ta predstavlja novo generacijo tovrstnih sporazumov in s svojo celovitostjo nakazuje katera materija bo vključena v prihodnje sporazume s strani EU.

Secondary title: Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
Secondary abstract: In my master's degree I fully deal with the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). It represents a new generation of such agreements and with its integrity indicates which matter will be included in future agreements by the European Union (EU). I went on to follow up on the historical point of view and the theory of economic integration and the strategic starting point, which is an incentive to the economic and trade integration of the EU. At the very end, I described the consequences of the CETA agreement, compared it with the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and concluded with future EU connections.
