| Secondary abstract: | In the thesis we review software for construction planning in BIM design environment. We reviewed three programs: Navisworks Manage, Bexel Manager and Synchro Pro. The thesis describes experiences with the upgrade of a 3D BIM-model to 4D and compares differences in the upgrade processes. The thesis also evaluates the software on the criteria of availability of the program and of its 4D-capabilities. It estimates the level of development of a BIM-model, which is needed to 4D-plan and later monitor the construction on-site. It discusses if it is worthwhile to create BIM 4D-model in phase of design. It was found out that the most suitable software for construction planning is Bexel Manager; that LOD 300 is enough to monitor the construction and that the making a 4D BIM-model is not needed in the design phase. |
