diplomsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo predstavlja poslovni načrt start-up podjetja z nazivom »Cathedra«, katerega glavni produkt bo ergonomični pisarniški stol. Problematika diplomske naloge se navezuje na tri poglavitna področja, ki vplivajo na to ali bo »start-up« podjetje uspešno oz. v kolikšni meri. Uspeh je odvisen od kupcev produktov, konkurence in aktualnosti na trgu.
Na podlagi študije je v diplomski nalogi predstavljena ocena prodaje produktov podjetja v naslednjih petih letih in graf aktualnosti ergonomskega pisarniškega pohištva v svetu. S pomočjo analize je izdelana študija trženja, ki podrobno predstavlja cenovno politiko podjetja, s katero si bo podjetje zagotovilo stalno rast in tako postalo eno vodilnih podjetij na področju ergonomskih produktov v Sloveniji.

The diploma thesis represents a start-up business plan of a company named "Cathedra", where the main product will be an ergonomic office chair. The main issue of the diploma thesis relates to three main areas that influence whether the start-up company is or is not successful and to what extent. Success depends on buyers of products, competition and relevance on the market.
Based on the study, the diploma thesis presents an assessment of the company's sales of its products over the next five years and a graph of relevance of the current ergonomic office furniture in the world. With the help of the analysis, a marketing study was prepared, detailing the price policy of the company, with which the company will ensure continuous growth and thus become one of the leading companies in the field of ergonomic products in Slovenia. |
