Abstract

Diplomska naloga zajema konstruiranje preizkuševališča avtomobilskih vlečnih kljuk, ki omogoča mehansko nastavitev horizontalne vlečne sile priklopnika (t. i. D-vrednost). Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je bil skonstruirati preizkuševališče, na katerega bi lahko pritrdili vlečno kljuko in jo testirali z izbrano obremenitvijo ter določenim številom ciklov. Preizkuševališče smo modelirali v programu CREO 3.0 in SOLIDWORKS 2017. Obremenitve merimo s pomočjo pospeškometra in se beležijo, tako da je omogočeno kasnejše preučevanje le teh. Izdelali smo manjšo maketo, na kateri smo lahko izvajali testiranja in programiranje pospeškometra.

Secondary abstract: Thesis includes designing of testing device for car towbars, that would allow mechanical adjustment of D-value. The results would be read using an accelerometer. The goal was to construct a model, on wich you could mount a car towbar and test it under a certain force and cycles. Later, we could use results and analyze them. We started with modeling in CAD programs CREO 3.0 and SOLIDWORKS 2017. While construction, we decided where to mount and how to mount the accelerometer. For testing and programming purposes, we made a smaller model.
