Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so obravnavani procesi dehidracije odpadnega aktivnega blata iz čistilnih naprav. Podan je primer preračuna dehidracije v kombinirani izvedbi s pomočjo uporabe centrifuge in toplozračnega sušenja odpadnega blata do končne željene vlažnosti. Analitični preračun zajema določitev pretoka odpadnega aktivnega blata skozi centrifugo glede na podane vrtljaje centrifuge, ter določitev potrebnega masnega oz. volumskega pretoka zraka za sušenje odpadnega aktivnega blata v toplozračnem sušilniku. Podan je tudi preračun potrebne toplotne energije segrevanja sušilnega zraka za obratovanje toplozračnega sušilnika. Na podlagi analitičnih preračunov ugotavljam, da je s pomočjo le teh možno precej natančno glede na postavljene vhodne podatke oceniti masne tokove in potrebo po porabljeni energiji.

Secondary abstract: This diploma work deals with the processes of dehydration of active sludge from wastewater treatment plants. There is an example of dehydration in a combined process using a centrifuge and hot air drying of the active sludge to the final desired humidity. Analytical calculation involves the determination of the mass flow rates of active sludge flow through the centrifuge with respect to the given centrifuge speeds, and the determination of the required mass and the volume flow of the air for drying active sludge in a hot-air dryer. The calculation of the necessary heat energy for heating the drying air for operation of the hot-air dryer is also given. Based on analytical calculations, I find that by using them, it is possible to estimate mass flows rates and energy consumption precisely in relation to the inputs.
