Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava pripravo načrta in stroškovno in časovno analizo dveh stenskih opažnih sistemov za večstanovanjski objekt v Mariboru. Cilj magistrskega dela je izbira stroškovno in časovno ustreznejšega sistema za obravnavan objekt. V prvem delu so izdelani opažni načrti in njihova izdelava v programski opremi Revit in PERI Cad. Podana je ocena in primerjava obeh uporabljenih programov. Pridobljeni podatki iz izdelanih načrtov so v uporabi v nadaljnjih analizah. Drugi del magistrskega dela vsebuje analizo v dveh variantah za opažna sistema TRIO in MAXIMO. Prva varianta ima omejeni čas izvedbe, druga varianta pa ima določeno konstantno število delavcev. Medsebojna primerjava dobljenih rezultatov nam poda izbiro primernejšega sistema.

Secondary title: Creating wall formwork plans for residential building with cost and time analysis
Secondary abstract: The master thesis deals with the preparation of the plans and the cost and time analysis of two wall formwork systems for a residential building in Maribor. The aim of the master's thesis is the choice of cost and time-appropriate system for the considered object. In the first part are made formwork plans in the software Revit and PERI Cad. An evaluation and comparison of the two programs used is given. The acquired data from the formwork plans are used in further analyzes. The second part of the master's thesis contains an analysis in two variants for the TRIO and MAXIMO panel systems. The first variant has a limited implementation time, while the second variant has a fixed constant number of workers. Mutual comparison of the obtained results gives us a choice of a more suitable system.
