Abstract

V zaključnem projektu je opisan razvoj linearnega napajalnika za laboratorijske potrebe, kar pomeni, da zanemarimo učinkovitost in prenosljivost v prid natančnosti in zanesljivosti. Namen izdelka je nadomestitev dražjih možnosti z enako dobrimi lastnostmi in možnostjo uporabnikovega nadgrajevanja. Napajalnik omogoča osnovne funkcionalnosti, kot sta nastavljanje napetosti in tokovno omejevanje. Za prikazovanje teh vrednosti sta za večjo preglednost uporabljena digitalna prikazovalnika. Napajalnik je narejen tako, da ima možnost dodajanja funkcij in uporabniških vmesnikov, tako da nismo omejeni na trenutno zasnovo. Opisan je postopek načrtovanja in izdelovanja delov, ki skupaj naredijo laboratorijski napajalnik. Navedeni so problemi, ki so nastali in kako so bili rešeni. Meritve so bile opravljene ter prikazane, s pomočjo katerih smo določili uspešnost projekta.

Secondary abstract: This project discribes the development of a linear power supply, intended for a laboratory use, which means that efficiency is neglected in the pursuit of accuracy and reliability. The purpose of the product is a replacement of the more expensive models on the market, that retains the same funcionality and accuracy, with an option to upgrade it. The power supply has basic functionalities, such as setting the voltage and current control. These two values are displayed with two digital displays, for better readability compared to analogue displays. The power supply is made with future upgradeability of user interfaces and functions in mind, so we are not restricted to the current setup. Here is described the planning and creation of parts, that combined make a laboratory power supply. Issues are presented that have risen and solutions to them. Measurements made and shown are determining the success of the project.
