Secondary abstract: | When it comes to the car industry factory, the company must reach IATF 16949:2016 standards in each segment. Due to that the maintenance field has started to ingress the TPM method. In this thesis we have theoretically described lean production, the 5-S method and the TPM method in all 8 pillars. We divided the first pillar of Autonomous Maintenance into separate stages. We have issued TPM requirements from the new IATF automotive standard. In the practical part of the thesis, we listed the maintenance system of fixed assets' main means in the selected company following the steps of the mentioned method. We provided an example of maintaining the control device of the starter motor assembly line through a system of Total Productive Maintenance. We compared the IATF requirements with the current situation in the company and defined the matching. Based on the written facts, we provided options for improving the maintenance system, templates for introducing the TPM method to the selected device, and defined the missing points for achieving TPM requirements from IATF standard. |
