Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je bralcu predstaviti naloge trenerja, njegove sposobnosti, stile vodenja, ter kako osebnost trenerja vpliva na njegovo vodenje. Cilj diplomskega dela je analizirati mnenja članskih igralcev prve in tretje slovenske nogometne lige o njihovih trenerjih ter ugotoviti kakšne so razlike. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo deskriptivne metode. Najprej je bil izdelan vprašalnik, ki je nato bil posredovan štirim različnim nogometnim klubom. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 60 nogometašev. In sicer članska prvoligaška kluba iz Celja in Domžal ter članska tretjeligaška kluba iz Rogatca in Rogaške Slatine. Dobljene rezultate smo nato podrobno analizirali, primerjali med seboj in jih interpretirali. S pomočjo parnega t-testa se je ugotavljajo ali obstajajo razlike med ocenami mnenj prvoligaških nogometašev ter tretje ligaških glede kakovosti njihovih trenerjev. Raziskava je ugotovila, da obstajajo razlike v mnenjih o kakovosti trenerjev, predvsem na področju treninga in poučevanja ter avtokratičnega vodenja, nekoliko manj na pozitivni povratni informaciji ter zelo majhne razlike med ocenami demokratičnega vodenja ter socialne podpore.

Secondary title: Indicators of quality football trainers
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to present to the reader the tasks of the trainer, his abilities, leadership styles and how the personality of the trainer influences his leadership. The aim of research is to analyze the opinons of the members in the first and third Slovenian football league about their trainers and to expose any significant differences. The research was carried out using a descriptive method. A questionnaire was created and forwarded to four different football clubs. Sixty football players were involved in the survey. The respondents were from two first-division clubs – Celje and Domžale, and two third-division clubs – Rogatec and Rogaška. The results were then analyzed in detail, compared with each other and interpreted. Using the paired t-test it was determined whether there are significant differences between opinions of the firstdivision and the third-division football players regarding the quality of their trainers. The research found that there are differences in opinion on the quality of trainers, in particular in the field of training and teaching, as well as autocratic management, somewhat less on positive feedback, and very small differences between assessments of democratic management and social support.
