Abstract

V sodobni nogometni igri ima kondicijska pripravljenost športnikov veliko vlogo. Zato tudi vadba za moč in gibljivost predstavljata pomemben del športnikove priprave. V današnjem času, v katerem je velika poplava informacij o različnih metodah vadbe in njihovih učinkih, in so le te množično dostopne, se pojavlja problem z njihovim ustreznim umeščanjem, pojasnjevanjem in predvsem z učinkovito in neškodljivo uporabo. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na ugotavljanje pomembnosti upoštevanja načela postopnosti in sistematičnosti, ter možne nevarnosti, ob neupoštevanju le teh. V prvem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljene značilnosti nogometne igre, in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na uspešnost v sami igri. Podrobneje smo se posvetili in predstavili dve gibalni sposobnosti, moč in gibljivost, ter metode, s katerimi ju razvijamo. V glavnem delu je podrobneje predstavljen pomen postopnosti in sistematičnosti pri vadbi moči, kot tudi gibljivosti. V nadaljevanju so opisane osnovne smernice in poudarjene sestavine kondicijskega treninga, ki jih trenerji ne bi smeli spregledati. V diplomskem delu je bilo ugotovljeno, da imata postopnost in sistematičnost veliko vlogo pri boljši pripravi nogometaša. Trener mora upoštevati različne elemente skozi celoten proces, kot so ustrezno strukturirano ogrevanje, izbira ustrezne metode, uporaba dopolnilnih vaj, pravilna tehnika gibanja in medsebojno dopolnjevanje enot.

Secondary title: Gradual and systematic principles in strength and flexibility training of football players
Secondary abstract: In modern football game physical preparation has a big role. This is why training of strength and flexibility are having great impact on performance of the player. In nowadays, everyone can access to informations about different types of training and their effects, hence this can cause issues with their correct interpretation. In diploma paper, we have focused on importance of systematic and gradual principles in training and possible risk of disregarding the use of principles. In first chapter we have presented features of football game and key factors which influence performance. Strength and flexibility are presented with methods for improving them. In the main part importance of gradual and systematic training of strength and flexibility is presented. Furthermore we have focused on basic guidelines and parts of training that must not be overlooked by coaches. We have found out that graduality and systematic approach are having great influence on performance of individual. Coaches have to consider different elements through complete process, such as structural warm up, use of coplementary exercises, correct tecnique and interconnection of different units
