Abstract
V magistrskem delu so obravnavana področja sistemizacije dela v Sloveniji, analize dela in metod za analizo dela. Obravnavana je opredelitev kompetenc, njihovih sestavin in kompetenčnih modelov. Teoretični del naloge je zasnovan v smislu pridobitve ustreznega znanja in informacij na podlagi znanstvene in strokovne literature za izvedbo empiričnega dela, kjer je predstavljen Pravilnik o sistemizaciji delovnih mest za podjetje xy. Cilj naloge je aplikativni prikaz uporabe kompetenčnih profilov v opisih del in nalog na primeru podjetja v fazi prestrukturiranja. V nalogi sem želela prikazati pomembnost vključevanja kompetenčnih profilov v sistemizacije delovnih mest sodobnih podjetij, ki se pogosto soočajo s spremembami. Predpostavljam, da je oblikovanje in uporaba kompetenc primeren pripomoček za obvladovanje velikih sprememb, ki so posledica prestrukturiranja podjetja. Podatki za opis del in nalog ter oblikovanje kompetenčnega profila so bili pridobljeni na podlagi analize strokovne in znanstvene literature in analize dela. Uporabljena kvalitativna metoda za analizo dela je bil vprašalnik odprtega tipa.

In this master's thesis, I dealt with different areas of systemization of work in Slovenia, work analysis and methods for work analysis. The definition of competencies, their components and competency profiles are also presented. The theoretical part of the thesis, which later acts as a basis for the empirical part containing also Rules on the Systemization of workplace in the Company XY, focuses on collecting knowledge and data from scientific and specialized literature. The main objective of the thesis is to show how competency profiles are applied in job descriptions in a company undergoing restructuring. I wanted to stress the importance of the competency profiles being included in the systemization of workplace in modern companies, which are constantly changing. I presumed that competencies are a suitable tool to manage big changes, which result from the restructure of the company. From the analysis of literature and work analysis, I gained information needed for job description and design the competency profile. I used an open type questionnaire, a qualitative method, to analyze work. |
