Abstract

Naloga zajema konstruiranje in optimiranje različnih variant glave ohišja krmilnega mehanizma s pomočjo računalniških simulacij toplega preoblikovanja (kalibriranja). Predstavljeni so glavni robni pogoji, brez katerih ni mogoče priti do realnih rezultatov.

Secondary title: Construction feasibility of the head of the housing of the steering mechanism
Secondary abstract: This diploma work describes the construction of the head of the steering mechanism housing, which should be made only by the transformation process as has been requested by the buyer. The task involves the design and optimization of different variants of the head of the steering mechanism housing using computational simulations of the warm transformation (calibration) process. The main boundary conditions are presented, without which real results cannot be obtained. On the basis of the obtained results the most suitable variant is presented, which is most closely approximated to the customer's requirements. Since the product is at an early stage of development, there are presented guidelines for further work.
