Abstract

Timsko delo v sodobnih organizacijah postaja eno izmed najuporabnejših načinov reševanja problemov in izpolnjevanja zastavljenih ciljev organizacije, kjer neprestani vpliv različnih tehnologij, načinov, stilov delovanja in organiziranja zahteva sprotno prilaganje ter fleksibilnost. V diplomskem projektu najprej predstavimo organizacijo na splošno in opredelimo oblikovanje organizacije ter njen vpliv na samo uspešnost delovanja. V teoretičnem delu je poudarek na timskem delu, kje so predstavljeni nastanek, odločanje in komunikacija. Predstavimo tudi, kako različni stili in metode vodenja vplivajo na konflikte ter reševanje problem in posledično na uspešnost organizacije.

Secondary abstract: Teamwork in modern organizations is becoming one of the most useful ways of solving problems and set goals of the company, where the constant influence of different technologies, modes and styles of operation, organization requires continuous adaptation and flexibility. In the thesis we will first present the organization in general then define the organization's design and how it affects the performance itself. Teamwork captures the majority of theory and sums up the formation, decision-making, and communication of team work as an important factor in joint thinking and thus solving problems. We will also touch the leadership in team work. First, some basics of management then in more detail about how different styles, methods of leadership affect on conflicts and solving those problems and, consequently, the performance of the organization.
