Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava energetsko in ekonomsko analizo vetrne elektrarne s programskim paketom RETScreen Expert. Analiza je sestavljena iz šestih korakov, ki jih omogoča program. Lokacija postavitve vetrne elektrarne je Lisca, ki je vrh nad Sevnico. Vetrno polje je sestavljeno iz petih turbin nemškega proizvajalca Enercon E53. Podatki so izbrani iz baze podatkov samega programa, hitrost vetra je vnesena po podatkih Agencije Republike Slovenije za okolje, odkupna cena električne energije iz vetrnih elektrarn pa je izbrana iz portala Energetika Ministrstva za Infrastrukturo. Na podlagi opravljene analize smo ugotovili, da bi se izgradnja vetrne elektrarne ne bi izplačala.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work deals energetic and economic analysis of wind power plant, with a software package RETScreen Expert. The software enables/provides us an analysis, which has six steps. The location of the installation of the wind power plant is Lisca, a hill near Sevnica. The wind field consists of five turbines from the German manufacturer Enercon E53. The data is selected from the database of the software itself, the wind speed is entered according to the data of the Environmental Agency of the Republic of Slovenia. The purchase price of the electricity from wind power plants was selected from website of Slovenian Ministry of Infrastructure. Based on the analysis, we found that the construction of a wind power plant wouldn't pay off.
