Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem računal porušitveni val vsled morebitne porušitve načrtovane jezovne zgradbe HE Mokrice. Izračune vala sem izvedel s programom IMP2008, za račun nestalnega neenakomernega enodimenzijskega toka s prosto gladino. V uvodnem delu sem na kratko opisal jezovne zgradbe in njihovo razvrstitev ter definicije izrazov, ki so uporabljeni v diplomski nalogi. V teoretičnem delu so opisane tudi osnovne enačbe, s katerimi zgoraj omenjeni program IMP2008 računa pretok in gladine. V nadaljevanju sem podrobneje opisal HE Mokrice in ureditve, ki bodo omogočile boljšo protipoplavno varnost. Podrobno sem opisal razlike v geometriji, do katerih je prišlo med izgradnjo verige v primerjavi z načrtovanim stanjem iz leta 2008. Končni cilj naloge je bil izdelati izračune porušitvenih valov HE Mokrice in rezultate primerjati z izračuni, narejenimi ob načrtovanju verige HE leta 2008 (Četina in sod., 2008). Rezultati so pokazali, da sprememba geometrije povzroči izboljšano poplavno varnost pri porušitvi ene ali več zapornic na HE Mokrice na področju Mokric in dolvodno. V scenarijih zaporedne porušitve zapornic spodnjesavskih HE v delnem nizu pa dobimo za področje Mokric v primerjavi s študijo 2008 rezultate, ki so manj ugodni, saj so maksimalni pretoki večji in maksimalna kota gladine višja.

Secondary title: Calculation of the wave due to possible collapse of the dam of projected Hydroelectric power plant Mokrice
Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis I was calculating the dam-break wave because of possible collapse of the planned dam structure HPP Mokrice. Calculations of the wave were made with the IMP2008 program for the calculation of unsteady non-uniform one-dimensional free surface flow. In the introductory part I briefly described dam structures, their classification, and definitions of terms used in the diploma thesis. The theoretical part consists of basic equations used in the IMP2008 programme to calculate the flow and water levels. I then described in detail the HPP Mokrice and regulations that will ensure better flood safety. I thoroughly described the differences in geometry that occurred during the construction of the chain in comparison with planned state from 2008. The final objective of the thesis was to make the HPP Mokrice dam-break waves calculations and compare the results with calculations made during the design of the HPP chain from 2008 (Četina at al., 2008). The results revealed that the change in geometry allows improved flood protection in the case of collapse of one or more floodgates at the HPP Morkice in the area of Mokrice and its doewnstream. In scenarios of successive collapse of floodgates in HPPs of the Lower Sava region in partial series, the results for the Mokrice area in comparison to the 2008 study seem less safe, since the maximum flow and maximum water surface elavation are higher.
