In the graduation thesis, we have dealt with three variants of split-level constructions.
Nowadays, there are many types of ceiling systems. Thus, we have chosen the three most common variants. We have compared the system of AB plates, ceiling system Porotherm of the company Wienerberger Opekarna Ormož d.o.o., and ceiling system Ytong of the company Xella porobeton SI. Each of the ceiling system has been presented in detail; we have described its implementation technology, and made cost and time analysis. Prior performing analyses, we first described the theoretical basics of cost and time analysis. Further, we have prepared a list of works, pre-calculations, and performed calculation of the main price analysis for the unit of measure. On the basis of the main price analysis, we have calculated costs of individual ceiling system. Based on the list of works, we have calculated duration for each activity and thus implemented time analysis using the MS Project programme. We have added resources to the activities, and created Gantt chart for each ceiling system.
Based on the obtained results, we have determined the most favourable variant of the ceiling system regarding costs and time. |
