Abstract

V magistrskem delu obravnavam povezavo med nepremičninskimi dejavniki in komunikacijo z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih v igralnici Park. V grobem je naloga razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavil igralništvo kot turistično dejavnost, kjer so povzeta zgodovina igralništva, poklici v igralništvu in igralnica Park.Sledi spoznavanje organizacijskega komuniciranja in možnosti učinkovitega komuniciranja. Pri nepremičninskih dejavnikih so predstavljeni elementi, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. V pravnem poglavju so zajeti delovnopravna zakonodaja, odgovornost delodajalca ter zdravje in varnost pri delu. V raziskovalni del je vključena anketa, ki je bila opravljena v igralnici Park in raziskuje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z vplivom delovnega prostora in interno komunikacijo v podjetju. Anketa je bila vsebinsko razdeljena na: demografski del, zadovoljstvo z različnimi nepremičninskimi dejavniki in vplivom delovnih pogojev na zaposlene.Pri 213 odgovorih sem podatke statistično obdelal s SPSS programom.

Secondary abstract: In this master's thesis we deal with the connection between real estate factors and communication of the employee satisfaction in the Park Casino & Hotel. The master's thesis is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we introduce gaming as a tourist destination and here are summarized the history of gaming, professions in gaming and the Casino & Hotel Park. We continue with the learning of the organizational communication and the possibility of effective communication. At the real estate factors are introduced the elements that affect on employee satisfaction at their working place. In the legal chapter are included labour legislation, employer's liability and health and safety at work. In the research part is included a survey that was made in the Park Casino & Hotel and explores the employee's satisfaction impacted by the working area and internal communication in the company. The survey was divided in: demographic part, satisfaction with different real estate factors and influence of working conditions on the employees. The received data from 213 employees were statistically processed with the SPSS program.
