Abstract

Vojna za vse vpletene strani vsekakor vedno prinaša izgubo. Ljudje so prikrajšani za dostojno življenje, mir... Prvi mednarodnopravni akti so prepovedovali otroško delo, otroci so dobili posebno varstvo v oboroženih spopadih in pravico do izobrazbe. Mednarodne in humanitarne organizacije so šele po drugi svetovni vojni začele posvečati otrokom večjo pozornost in s tem uzakonjenje njihovih temeljnih pravic.

Secondary abstract: The war for all the parties involved always brings loss. People are deprived of a decent life, peace... The country is due to abuse by individuals and war began to realize its mission. Given the importance of the protection of human and children's rights there has been to the establishment of international legal acts on the said area. Late in the middle of the second half of the 19th century. the century is the beginning of the establishment of the acts which protect the rights of the child. The children were previously treated as the property of the parents and the family as an object and State. The first international legal acts are banned child labour, children are getting special protection in armed conflict and the right to education. International and humanitarian organisations are just after the second world war began to pay more attention to the children and thereby legalization their fundamental rights. The violence, which they have undergone, can safely be termed a POW camp tunnelling out a war crime and a crime against humanity. Human relations in the concentration camps were restricted or repressed. Help among them was not allowed, in addition, each first take care of himself, but they still helped eachother. The guards were very strict, but rarely also gave some hidden support.
