Abstract

Secondary abstract: International air law is among the youngest legal branches. From the first real flight with motor aircraft until this day, it has passed around hundred years, but never the less airlaw has a lot of arrangements to this day. It consists primarly of international regulation such as conventions, agreements and protocols, and it is precisely the ability to fly, which combines several countries and people, because they can move from point A to point B a lot faster as in the days without flying transports. A major role in international air law and also in international civila aviation law, have a variety od international governmental and non-governmental organizations concerned to find a safe, economical, fast transport, butal so to provide a modern and up-to date infra structure an air navigation and to unified the sethings with all the users of airspace. It is also important national sovereignty over the airspace above its territory of a country, which are fixed by the countries very quickly after the First World War, when they saw what can do an intrusion of hostile aircraft in theair space above the country. Slovenias were very active and successful in the field of aviation and we can comapre with the first successful achievements. More important are becoming environmetnaliss sues because transport, particularly air transport, is big element in polluting the atmosphere.
