Abstract

Uvod: Človek se skozi celo življenje uči uglajenega in kulturnega vedenja. Te pravila oziroma splošni bonton lahko venomer dopolnjujemo in nadgrajujemo, uporabljamo ga predvsem v vsakodnevnem življenju. Njegova pravila se s časom in okoljem spreminjajo, kot tudi človeške vrednote, zato je ta pravila potrebno prilagajati. Poslovni bonton se od splošnega bontona razlikuje po njegovem cilju, opredeljen je s strožjimi, točno določenimi pravili in nam služi za sporazumevanje v poslovnem svetu. Če se ne zavedamo pravil bontona, je naša komunikacija lahko neustrezna ali celo žaljiva. V našem poklicu je najpomembnejša komunikacija med laboratorijskim zobnim protetikom in zobozdravnikom, saj omogoča naš obstoj in pridobivanje novega posla. V diplomskem delu bomo opisali, kaj je poslovni bonton in kakšne so njegove prednosti za podjetje. Dotaknili se bomo pomembnosti prvega vtisa ter podrobneje spoznali prednosti ustrezne in posledice neustrezne komunikacije v podjetjih. Z anketo bomo raziskali dejansko stanje komunikacije v zobnih laboratorijih po Sloveniji in rezultate primerjali z že znano strokovno literaturo. Ker menimo, da je za zobni laboratorij pomemben ustrezen predstavitveni izdelek, smo k diplomskemu delu kot prilogo priložili opis postopka izdelave predstavitvenega izdelka zobnega laboratorija – v našem primeru deljene polno-keramične prevleke na mavčnem modelu na zobeh 23, 24, 25, 26. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je primerjava anketnih rezultatov z že znano strokovno literaturo na področju poslovnega bontona, prvega vtisa in komunikacije. Metode dela: Izhajali smo iz pregleda poslovnega bontona in komunikacije v domači in tuji strokovni literaturi ter rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika. Rezultati: Rezultate smo dobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, katerega smo poslali po različnih zobnih laboratorijih po Sloveniji. Zanimalo nas je kako se vodilni v različnih zobnih laboratorijih zavedajo pomembnosti poslovnega bontona, pravilne komunikacije v poslovnem svetu in kako se predstavljajo na prvem sestanku z bodočim poslovnim partnerjem. Razprava in zaključek: V diplomskem delu smo opisali ter predstavili vpliv poslovnega bontona in pomembnost poslovne komunikacije pri vodenju zobnega laboratorija. Analiza ankete je potrdila, da se lahko izognemo neželenim težavam in zagatam, ki bi škodovale uspešnemu poslovanju.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: Throughout our entire life, we learn refined andcultural behavion. These rules or general etiquette can be constantly updated and upgraded, we use it primarily in everyday life. The rules are changing with time and the environment, as well as human values, so these rules need to be adapted. Business dishonesty differs from the general dishonor according to it’s purpose, it is defined by stricter, precisely defined rules and serves us for communication in the business world. Therefore, without the existence and awareness of those rules of bonton, we may find ourselves in a situations, where our communication may be inappropriate or even offensive. The most important thing for our profession is the communication between a laboratory dental prosthetics and a dentist, since this enables us to exist and to grown in our profession. In our diploma work we will describe what is business bonton and it's advantages for the company. We will touch upon the importance of the first impression and learn more about the importance of relevant and the consequences of inadequate business communication in the companies. With the help of the questionnaire we send to dental laboratories across Slovenia, we will and compared the results with already known professional literature. Since we believe that a suitable demonstration product is important for every dental laboratory we attached and describe the procedures of making a dental restoration- which in our case is the solo full-ceramic crowns on the plaster model on the teeth 23, 24, 25, 26. Purposes: The purpose of the diploma work is to compare the questionnaire results with already known professional literature in the field of business bonton, first impression and communication. Methods of work: For the methods of work we came from the study of domestic and foreign literature of business bonton and communication, and compared this results with the results of the questionnaire. Results: We obtained the results with the help of a questionnaire, which we sent to various dental laboratories across Slovenia. We were interested in how different laboratories are aware of the importance of business bonton, correct communication in the business world, and how they present themselves at the first meeting with the future business partner.Discussion and conclusion: Through the diploma work we described and presented the influence of business bonton and the importance of business communication in the management of the dental laboratory, and with the research we confirmed, that with this knowledge, we can prevent and avoid unwanted problems and things that could harm our business.
