magistrsko delo
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu smo pregledali in povzeli obstoječo literaturo s področja zadovoljstva in zadovoljstva študentov. V empiričnem delu smo kot merski instrument uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Rezultate smo primerjali z rezultati iz literature in z rezultati študentov in diplomantov Fizioterapije in Delovne terapije. Rezultati: Anketo je ustrezno izpolnilo 133 anketirancev. Anketiranci so bili v veliki večini zadovoljni s študijem Radiološke tehnologije na 1. stopnji. Anketiranci so bili zadovoljni s pridobljenimi kompetencami v času študija. V primerjavi z diplomanti Fizioterapije in Delovne terapije, so najbolj zadovoljni diplomanti Radiološke tehnologije.

Introduction: Students satisfaction is often linked to accomplished goals and success. To satisfy students, it is necessary to consider certain factors of satisfaction, such as personality, program content, values, study environment and social impact. Purpose: The purpose of the master's thesis was to measure the satisfaction of graduate students and their studies of Radiography and clinical practice at the 1st level, as well as to measure the quality of acquired competencies during the study, to show what is the employability rankings, where the graduates of radiographers are usually employed, and to compare the results of satisfaction with the study programs of Physiotherapy and work therapy. Methods: Two methods were used. In the theoretical part, were reviewed and summarized the existing literature on satisfaction and student satisfaction. In the empirical part, a questionnaire was used as a measuring instrument. The results were compared with the findings from the literature and with the outcomes from the questionnaire of students and graduates of physiotherapy and work therapy. Results: 133 respondents duly completed the questionnaire. The majority of respondents was satisfied with the study of radiography at level 1. The respondents were satisfied with the acquired skills during the study. The respondents were satisfied with the clinical practice, but they were not satisfied with the preparation for further work. Graduate radiographers were more satisfied with the study than graduates of work therapy, but they were not as satisfied as graduates of Physiotherapy. Discussion and conclusion: It was established that graduates of Radiography are more satisfied with the studies than international students. Compared to graduates of physiotherapy and work therapy, the graduates of radiography are more satisfied with the study. To improve the studies, it is proposed to review the importance of all subjects in the curriculum, work on better organization of students' schedule, shorten the waiting time for the clinical practice and work on a better allocation of the clinical practice according to the place of residence of the student. |
